1 Introduction & Applicability

735bet (referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "735bet") is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of 735bet's website, mobile app, and any related services.

By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register an account and place bets on 735bet:

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.

• You must not be on 735bet's self-exclusion list.

735bet reserves the right to decline any account registration request, with or without reason. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated balances will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on 735bet. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

For security purposes, 735bet may verify your identity at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

735bet supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes.

• The account used for deposits must match the account used for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
• Daily withdrawal limit: BDT 200,000.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 735bet and cover all bet types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, bingo, and other games.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Minimum bet amount is BDT 100.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. In the event of any dispute arising from server delays, 735bet's server records will serve as the definitive evidence.

Fraud & Cheating

Any form of fraud, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

735bet runs bonuses and promotions for members from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• The required rollover conditions must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
• 735bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus in cases of abuse.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

735bet may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraud or cheating.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Failure to verify age.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance (subject to applicable conditions) will be returned to you.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

735bet believes responsible gaming is essential to healthy entertainment. We provide the following tools to protect our members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set limits on your continuous play time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself permanently or for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Session duration reminders sent after a set period of time.

9 Limitation of Liability

735bet accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Betting disruption caused by internet connection loss.
• Failure of third-party software or hardware.
• Account credentials exposed due to the member's own negligence.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events.

However, if a technical error is attributable to 735bet and results in financial loss for the member, compensation will be considered following a proper investigation.

10 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute between 735bet and a member will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. Please submit your complaint via our support team — we aim to respond within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to the mediation process designated by 735bet's licensing authority. In all disputes, 735bet's server logs and records shall serve as the definitive evidence.
